Extraction and Preparation of Sulfur

Sulfur is a non-metal chemical element that is represented with the chemical symbol "S" and the atomic number 16 on the periodic table. Sulfur is a yellow non-metal that melts at 130 °C.
Unlike other mineral products, sulfur is not a main product and is a by-product of the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, the production of which is increasing due to the launch of various parts of refineries. It should be noted that the main part of the sulfur produced in Iran is done by the National Iranian Gas Company.
After production, Sulfur will be offered by the refinery in the stock market, and the companies which produce sulfuric acid, after purchasing the sulfur they need through the stock market, they transport it by rail and road transport fleet for their own consumption.
